May 9, 2023 · NSP = Eshop. I’ve converted a lot of my XCI files to NSP for various reasons. Okay @piplup55 showed me why it would be nice to have the Region showing per title. The only problem here is that when you convert an XCI to NSP or Dump as an NSP you change the internal library file structure so it's not an XCI anymore and can't be detected as one.

NSP will be the original release. An XCI can also be an original release with game updates and/or DLS included in the same file. So if you have a game that runs in a emulator, but has a issue running with the updates included, this can cause you problems. I personally try to use NSP and download Updates and DLCs seperate and use as needed.
